Tips for Staying Healthy During Self-Isolation

Being isolated can take a toll on your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Here are some things you can do daily to help you stay healthy in all capacities.

*Get up at a regularly scheduled time
*Go to bed on time instead of staying up late
*Make Your Bed
*Shower
*Drink lots of water
*Take Medications/Supplements
*Eat clean, health-filled foods
*Clean one thing or space
*Tend to plants inside or outside
*Reach out to a human outside your home
*Do one thing to get your heart rate up
*Do one thing that makes you happy
*Do one thing just because you can
*Get in at least one good laugh
*Live in the moment by being aware of:  Sounds/Songs, Sensory Feelings, Something you see, Spiritual Practice
